Certification through the Institute of Project Management (the Institute) is about three things we each possess: knowledge, experience, and skills. Each of us has experience and skills, the only thing (normally) missing in our certification journey is knowledge.

The Institute is the only globally accredited certifying body that has taken the time to baseline military (and GS) ranks across the services and directly apply it to your experience for certification. This is one of the many reasons we’ve entered into a partnership with them.

One key point of difference with the Institute’s approach, versus that of other certifying bodies, is that they recognize years of professional experience. This means you don’t have to account for hours within the phases for each project you’ve ever worked on.

Through our Platinum Partnership with the Institute, we are able to offer several programs through which you can attain certification.

The RPM Course – a completely self-paced Video-On-Demand CPO Certification Course.

The RPM Course is a comprehensive Certification Course covering all phases of the project lifecycle. It gives you the tools, knowledge, and confidence to join project teams across industries, of any size and varying duration.

All who complete the RPM Course will be certified as a Certified Project Officer (CPO) through the Institute of Project Management.

The RPM Course is open to all – there are no skills or experience requirements to attend. You can join the RPM course for a flat fee of $100. g

Oh, one more thing – the course is relevant to you and what you are doing. It is NOT 12 sessions of exam preparation.

Register for the RPM Course by clicking the button below:

For those who prefer live training – we offer our Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) live via Zoom. The VILT course was formerly known as “the Basic Course” and is conducted over 12 tw0-hour sessions led by a Certified Project Trainer (CPT).

All who complete the 12 VILT Sessions will be certified as a Certified Project Officer with the Institute of Project Management.

As a special offer for the first quarter of 2022 – we are opening up our VILT training for a greatly reduced price of $100. Just use the code VILT50 when registering to receive the offer of half-off the normal price of $200.

If you’d like to join an upcoming (live via Zoom) Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) CPO Certification course for half-price you can find the upcoming courses through the button below:

If you desire higher-level certifications – you will be given a cost-effective and efficient pathway to achieve them.

Many of you have been through project management training and yet still don’t hold a certification.  If you can demonstrate 30 hours of project management training – you are an ideal candidate to be certified through our PMAC Pathway.  The Project Management Assessment and Certification (PMAC) is a formal yet casual recorded interview between you and a Certified Project Trainer based upon the things you’ve done, the projects you’ve managed, and the teams you’ve led.  In short, it’s all about YOU.  At the end of the PMAC, you will be certified (for life) at the level to which you are eligible.  You can learn more about the PMAC and register by clicking the button below.
